Rates:
Cowboy Suite for 2 (king or twins) includes Kitchenette $150 to $200 a night. $25 additional for a third person.
Breakfast included.
State and Federal government employees work rates available
Because of the uniqueness of our location, we suggest 2 night minimum.
Our driveway is a mile and a half, gravel and steep in some places. If you are uncomfortable driving those conditions, arrange shuttle service at the time of reservation.

Policies
- A deposit in the amount of one night's stay plus tax is required to confirm reservation for 3 nights or less.
- Payments by Cash, Check, or Visa or Mastercard
- Refund of deposit (less $10 processing fee) will be given if canceled 7 days before arrival.
- Cancellations less than the 7 day mark will be refunded if the unit is re-rented.
- This is a nonsmoking facility.
- Check in after 3:00pm / Check out by 11:00am
- Pets allowed only with our approval at the time of booking.
